State Law Regarding Insurance Coverage for Cleft/Craniofacial Conditions?
Not specifically; however, there is a New York state regulation to aid in coverage for congenital anoamlies, including dental and orthodontic treatment as it relates to these conditions. The amendment to NYS Regulation 62 dates back to 1999.
